I surprised my wife to a trip at Alla's for Valentines day. I can tell you with as much as I work and my wife having to deal with the children and housework, we really needed the break. Now my wife and I are quite people and not socialable. We like quite. So it was a big shock to meet Alla cause is nothing but quite. She is very fanatical about her business and the antiques there which is a refreshing site to see someone who actual loves customer care. Alla takes care of every need you may have. The stories she tells are amazing. We stayed in the family room at the other location they have. We loved how quite the neighborhood was. We shared the house with two other couples and it was still so quite. You would have never known the other couples were there unless they went out the back door for a smoke or for there time in the spa. We got settled in the room and took on Allas recommendation for Romas Italian restraurant. Its a small Bistro right up the street and that was the best Italian food I have eaten in a long time. We woke the next morning and drove to the main house for a wonderful, mouth watering breakfast. It just melted in your mouth. After talking to a few guest Alla asked about our kids (we have 6) and she recommended a nasal spray all natural we could get online, we tried it on our son and it works wonders. Thank you Alla. Unfortunatly we had to leave early Sunday morning due to a family emergency so we couldn't eat breakfast the next morning. But with this B&B being so close to us and much cheaper the others, we will visit it again. We loved how our every need from drinks to snacks to breakfast was taken care of for us. Its nice to be pampered every once in a while.

My wife Brenda and I came for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! We walked up on the porch as clients and left as friends but it really seemed more like family. We loved all of the period furniture and antiques but most of all we loved Alla and all of the stories that go along with the Pelt House. Never have we felt more welcomed than at Alla's. Having never stayed at a B&B I wasn't sure what to expect. Let me say that all of our expectations and more were met by Alla and her unmatched hospitality.
We weren't there five minutes and my wife Brenda said "I love it ,love it, love it!"
To go along with the wonderful atmosphere and hospitality was Alla's breakfast!
Thanks Alla for making our anniversary a time we will never forget!
We look forward to seeing you again and again and again.

Alla & Rick, This was right up our alley. The hug at the door to the tour of antiques. We are definitely talkers and we love people that are too. Alla & Rick, to visit with you all was so nice. Rick telling all the light bulb stories was great and it reminded me of my dad. I have that drive too - you have to appreciate your past and to know where you're going. This was great. I was awakened to the smell of breakfast - reminds me of my grandma's, where you wake up happy, hungry and rested. Love, Russell.

The house was extremely charming, your concern for our comfort was so sweet and the spa was so relaxing - just what I needed! You are so thoughtful and personable, I felt so welcome! Breakfast was DELICIOUS! We truly came in as strangers and left as the best of friends! Love, Stephen and McKenna

Alla & Rick, Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us. We love all of the antiques and are amazed that they actually work! You are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed the great breakfast and conversation this morning. During our honeymoon this week, we have stayed at 3 B&Bs and yours is truly the most unique. Thank you very much for your hospitality and we look forward to staying here again. Good luck and God bless, Rick & Ronda

Dear Rick and Alla, We so enjoyed our time with you. It is so rare to get to speak with someone who loves Istanbul as we do! We enjoy staying in homes so much more than hotels! It was wonderful meeting you. I hope to see you again. May the Lord Jesus Bless, Darrell & Lisa

Dear Alla & Rick, We came here to celebrate our 40 years together and we had a wonderful time! It was most interesting talking to you and learning about the history of the Pelt house. The organic breakfast was the "icing on the cake". Thank you, Bob & Cindy
